Toni Ternus

Toni Ternus is an entrepreneur with a multi-disciplinary skillset that ranges from business development to FDA, FMCSA and Managed Healthcare. Ms. Ternus brings three key strengths to the table, including: strong leadership, business development and strong organizational skills.

Ms. Ternus has 17 years of experience. She has worked for Dolphin Human Therapy, Walt Disney World, Cigna, Boston Scientific, Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD) and several other global medical device and pharmaceutical companies on a consultant basis.

When not consulting, Ms. Ternus has started several successful companies, namely: Simply Ella, Ternus Properties, Device Advice Consulting Group, Achieve Healthcare, The MedEx Group and now Northland Occupational Health & DOT Compliance. Northland Occupational Health & DOT Compliance allows Ms. Ternus the opportunity to use her regulatory, quality assurance, compliance, auditing and consulting service skills to benefit people and companies. Ms. Ternus’s passion is what has fueled the drive behind Northland Occupational Health & DOT Compliance’s momentum.

Ms. Ternus received her Bachelors of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN.

Ms. Ternus enjoys being self-employed and helping others succeed by providing support and services that may not be offered by other individuals or businesses. When not consulting, Ms. Ternus enjoys spending time with her family at their lake home in northern Minnesota.
